San Francisco 49ers

The San Francisco 49ers are the professional football team who called San Francisco home since 1946 and recently moved down to Santa Clara at the newly built Levi's Stadium. Levi's Stadium can be accessed multiple ways via public transportation: Caltrain, VTA Bus, ACE and Capital Corridor.

Recommended route: From downtown SF, fans can take Caltrain and transfer to VTA light rail (Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority light rail) at the Mountain View.


The Oakland Raiders are the football team to the east, residing in Oakland, California since 1960. This NFL team calls the O. co Coliseum home with direct route via our public transportation system, BART to any game or event.

The Golden State Warriors are members of the Pacific Division of the Western Conference in the National Basketball Association. Their games are played in Oakland at the Oracle Arena which is accessible by multiple modes of transportation near our hotel.

Recommended route:  From downtown San Francisco, take BART from Civic Center, Powell, Montgomery or Embarcadero Station, and get off at Coliseum Station.


The Sharks are the Bay Area hockey team located in San Jose who play at the SAP Center, commonly known as 'The Shark Tank'. They arrived in the Bay Area in 1991.

The Golden Bears, commonly referred to as the Cal Bears, is the football team of the University of California, Berkeley. Games are played at Memorial Stadium which was built as a memorial to the Californians who lost their lives in World War I.

Transportation directions are available here whether you're coming by car, bus, or train.


Famous for their unique mascot, the 'Stanford Tree', the Cardinals is the collegiate football team at Stanford University located in Palo Alto. The Big Game, refers to the rivalery between Stanford and Berkeley played each year, will be played at Stanford on November 18th.

Three time World Series Champions, the Giants have been the official team of San Francisco since 1958. Prior to 1958, they were known as the New York Gothams until their move to the city by the bay.  

Games are played at AT&T Park with multiple ways to get you there: bus, taxi, or walk.


The Athletics have been the resident baseball team in Oakland since 1968, playing at the O. co Coliseum.

With a designated stop for the Coliseum, public transportation will get you to the game on time.


The Earthquakes are the soccer team located in San Jose since 1996.  Games are played at the newly built Avaya Stadium and can be accessed by car or public transportation.
